1. How can I recharge my FASTag account?.

Ans:Unique Feature in KVB FASTag is that, it is supported with UPI App for recharging the FASTag. And by enabling tag recharge in USSD –*99#- used in the case of feature phone, we empower customers in situations, where data connectivity is challenge.

Modes of Recharge:

1) Customer Login in his portal and recharge through PG services.
2) KVB UPAY APP (Format: netc.VEHILENO@kvb)
3) Visit to Near by KVB Branches & recharge your vehicles.

2. How can I reset my login password?

In our website,

Enter the FASTag registered mobile no as a "User Name" column, and enter CAPTCHA which is displayed in the screen. Then click the Forget the password option.

The New password will be delivered to his FASTag registered mobile number & registered E-mail id.

3. How to unblock the login password?

If you wrongly enter your login password 3 times consecutively, automatically the FASTag login will be blocked. If you can unblock your FASTag login call our helpdesk number- 1800 102 1916.

Send SMS to 9244770000 with the text KVBNETC UNLOCK from your registered mobile no.

4. FASTag Balance Enquiry through SMS:

Send SMS to 9244770000 with the text KVBNETC xxxx from your registered mobile number, where xxxx denotes your VEHICLENO.
